Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective July 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Bizlio Bridgeworks LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Bizlio, we, us), governing your use of the website at bizlio.co and any application form we provide through it (together, the Service).
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By checking the box confirming your agreement and submitting an application, you affirmatively accept these Terms. By browsing the informational pages of the Service, you also agree to these Terms to the extent they apply to that use.
The Service is offered to individuals 18 years of age or older acting on behalf of a business. You may not use the Service if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. Definitions
- Application — the information you submit through the form at bizlio.co/apply (name, email, company, role, and an optional message).
- Engagement — any consulting relationship between you (or your company) and Bizlio, which is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.
- Content — the text, graphics, logos, and other materials displayed on the Service.
3. Description of the Service; no client relationship
The Service is an informational website describing Bizlio’s consulting practice — including our Agentic Operations service line (encompassing offerings such as the Operational Blueprint and Implementation & Enablement) and our Strategic Briefs — together with an application form through which businesses may apply to work with us. Consulting services are not performed or delivered through the Service, and nothing is sold through the Service.
Submitting an Application does not create an Engagement, a client relationship, or any obligation on Bizlio’s part. We review applications at our discretion and are under no obligation to respond to or accept any Application. Any Engagement, including all fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and data-handling terms, will be governed solely by a separately executed written agreement.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Service and its Content for your internal business evaluation purposes. All other rights are reserved.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information in any Application and to use the Service only for lawful purposes on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.
Do not include confidential or sensitive information in an Application. The optional message field is for general context only. Trade secrets, financial account details, personal data about third parties, and similar material should be shared, if at all, only under an executed Engagement agreement.
5. Applications
You retain ownership of the information in your Application. You grant Bizlio a non-exclusive license to use, store, and reproduce your Application internally for the purposes of evaluating it, responding to you, and, as described in our Privacy Policy, contacting you about our services. Applications are not published or made visible to other users.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- submit Applications by automated means, or submit spam, bulk, or fraudulent Applications;
- misrepresent your identity or authority;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its supporting infrastructure, or interfere with its operation;
- scrape, harvest, or copy Content or data from the Service by automated means;
- use the Service to develop a competing directory or dataset; or
- use the Service in violation of applicable law.
We may block, rate-limit, or discard submissions that violate this section.
7. Third-party services
The Service is hosted and operated using third-party infrastructure providers (currently Vercel for web hosting and Supabase for data storage). We are not responsible for interruptions or failures attributable to third-party providers, though our privacy obligations for data held with them remain as stated in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property; feedback
The Service and its Content are owned by Bizlio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Bizlio and associated marks and logos may not be used without our prior written consent. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
9. No professional advice
Content on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not business, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it does not describe or guarantee the outcome of any Engagement. You should not act or rely on Service Content without seeking appropriate professional advice.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data through the Service are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: we collect only what the application form asks for, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE; AND (B) BIZLIO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BIZLIO THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY NON-WAIVABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU HOLD AS A CONSUMER.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bizlio and its members, officers, and agents from and against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law in connection with the Service, or information you submit in an Application. This obligation does not apply to consumers in jurisdictions where such indemnities are unenforceable.
14. Dispute resolution; governing law; venue
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Venue. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. EACH PARTY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Consumer carve-out. If you are a consumer habitually resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable rights — including the right to bring or defend proceedings in your local courts or to rely on mandatory local consumer-protection law (for example, in the European Union or the United Kingdom) — nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights.
15. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including refusing or discarding Applications) at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, Sections 5, 8, and 11 through 17 survive. Application data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting the updated version at bizlio.co with a new version number and effective date. For material changes, we will also give notice by email where we hold an email address for you. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date; your continued use of the Service, or submission of a new Application, constitutes acceptance.
17. General
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements regarding the Service; they do not supersede or modify any executed Engagement agreement. No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices. Legal notices to Bizlio must be sent to bizlio@proton.me; notices to you may be sent to the email address in your Application.
